1. How to submit a notice
If you believe material on https://buythedate.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to hakanturkmendev@gmail.com that includes your contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, the specific BuyTheDate URL or calendar date involved, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act for the rights holder.
2. Review process
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, BuyTheDate may remove or disable access to the reported content while the claim is reviewed. Repeat infringers may have future purchases blocked.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed in error, you may respond with a counter-notice that includes your name, contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. Abuse of the process
Submitting knowingly false claims or counter-claims may create legal liability. BuyTheDate reserves the right to reject incomplete or abusive notices.
