1. General rule
Because BuyTheDate is a digital-only service and the purchased display rights are made available immediately, completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable.
2. When a refund may be considered
BuyTheDate may review refund requests when there is a duplicate charge, a confirmed technical failure that prevented the content from being published, or another clear payment-processing error. Requests should be submitted within 7 days of the charge.
3. When refunds are not available
Refunds are not issued because a later buyer purchases the same date, because the content receives complaints, or because submitted content is removed for violating the Content Policy. BuyTheDate is a rotating public display, and later purchases are part of the product design.
4. How to request a review
Send the purchase date, the selected calendar date, the amount charged, and any relevant screenshots to hakanturkmendev@gmail.com. If a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible.
